Student Health Care Management Module - Interactive FRD

Student Health Care Management Module

This interactive application translates the Functional Requirements Document into an explorable experience. It demonstrates the core modules, workflows, and business logic for the proposed system designed to manage student health records in schools.

Individualized Health Care Plan (IHCP) Module

This module is designed for creating structured digital plans for students with chronic conditions. Below is an interactive mock-up of the IHCP form. Key fields like Student Details would be auto-populated in the real system. Interact with the form to see how it's structured.

School Health Encounter Documentation

This module is used to record every student visit to the clinic. The form below is interactive to demonstrate its conditional logic. Change the "Visit Category" to see how the form dynamically adapts to show or hide relevant sections like "Medication Error Details" or "Witness Info".

2. Consent Check: System verifies parent's `Approved` consent.
3. Plan Creation: Doctor fills out the IHCP form.
4. Parent Approval: Form is sent to parent for review and consent.
5. Activation: Upon approval, the IHCP becomes active.

Encounter Documentation Workflow

1. Initiation: Nurse starts a new encounter form.
2. Life-Threatening Check: User specifies if the condition is an emergency. (If yes, consent check is bypassed).
3. Data Capture: Nurse selects category and fills in details.
4. Submission & Alerts: Form is submitted, data is logged, and alerts are triggered for high-risk events.
5. Notification: Parent is notified of the visit outcome.
